steps

1. quick start

   1. install python 3.5

       $ sudo yum install centos-release-scl
       $ sudo yum install rh-python35
       $ scl enable rh-python35 bash
      

   2. use python

       $ python
       Python 3.5.1 (default, Oct 21 2016, 21:37:19)
       [GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-4)] on linux
       Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

   3. list components

       $ sudo yum list rh-python35\*
