settings page design grouped UITableView

steps

1. drag UITableViewController on to main storyboard
2. in attribute inspector
   • content -> static cells
   • number of sections -> 3
   • style -> grouped
3. in document outline
   • select the individual section
   • set the number of rows
4. design each cell whatever you like
